Visiting the concept

The page uses locally hosted fonts and illustrations. The application contains no advertising pixels, analytics, embedded social feeds or optional tracking cookies. It does not intentionally store enquiry details in browser storage. Hosting requests necessarily disclose connection information, including your IP address, to the hosting provider, Cloudflare. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of connection data.

Preparing an enquiry

The enquiry helper, when available, prepares text on your device. It has no submission server. Opening a prepared email hands the text to your selected email application; copying it puts it on your device’s clipboard. Neither action sends an email from this page. Review the recipient and contents before sending. You can instead call the public business number.

If you choose to send an enquiry, it goes to the public Knott’s contact, jasonknott29@gmail.com. Your email application, email providers and the recipient then handle that correspondence under their own arrangements. This concept does not promise their retention periods or processing practices. Avoid including sensitive information or access codes.

Connection data and your choices

Delivering this public concept and protecting it from misuse requires connection data. The publisher’s purpose is to provide secure access to the website; where GDPR applies, this relies on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). This concept has no application database of enquiries. Infrastructure handling and retention are described in Cloudflare’s policy; do not assume that all hosting processing occurs in the European Economic Area.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and complain to a supervisory authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
